We currently deliver to all seven Emirates of the UAE:

2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Timeframes

4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.
- Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Any additional delivery fees for remote locations will be communicated before order confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment status. Tracking transparency is considered a key consumer expectation in UAE e-commerce.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within the UAE. Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the package and products.
- We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
10. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
